Custom Orders and Artwork
When placing a custom order, you agree to provide accurate and complete specifications, including but not limited to, dimensions, artwork, and printing preferences. By submitting artwork and designs, you confirm that you have the right to use the content and grant us permission to reproduce it.
- Design Approval: After submitting your design, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. You are responsible for reviewing all details (including spelling, dimensions, and colors) before final approval. Once approved, Customized Popcorn Boxes is not liable for any errors in the final product.
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of any artwork or designs you submit. However, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use the designs for the production and fulfillment of your order.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
- Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price at the time of order will apply.
- Taxes: There is no tax applied to the purchase of packaging, as per New Jersey state law. You will not be charged sales tax for your packaging orders placed with us.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to fulfill and deliver your custom popcorn boxes on time as agreed upon during the ordering process. Delivery times may vary based on location and order specifications.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout. However, Customized Popcorn Boxes is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
- Risk of Loss: Once the products are shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. If packages are lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue but are not responsible for delays or loss.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns and Refunds: Since our products are customized, returns or refunds are only available for defective products. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the product or issue a refund.
